The building offers amazing amenities including a pool on the 24th floor rooftop, patio furniture with grills on the rooftop, a brand new rehabbed gym and study space.

The bedroom includes a large King Bed that can sleep three if needed. We have an amazing large sectional couch in the living room. We also supply a queen size air mattress.

Gold Coast is home to some of the best restaurants in Chicago RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET FROM OUR BUILDING. Enjoy Tavern on Rush, Gibsons Steak, and many more steps away.

There is public transportation very close and a lot of stuff is within walking distance. There are also DIVY bikes if you wanted to rent a bike to get around.

There are a few garages right around our building that you can book on spot hero. We have been seeing on average $20 / day rates.
